As part of your snowboard training, you will get video taped on
the mountain each day you are here. Video is an essential tool that
has helped all top athletes to achieve success. We will analyze
video of your own skiing or snowboarding with your coach as well
as video of the worlds top snowboarders to help you understand the
techniques that you will be learning on the hill.You can purchase
a video tape copy of your training runs to take home with you and
analyze it on your own time with your coach back home. |
